Notice of Intent for Fiscal Year 2027: The Maryland Energy Administration is pleased to announce the intent to launch Commercial & Community Buildings by Autumn 2026. The program's purpose is to offset the costs of energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, and energy storage projects to improve energy performance and resilience of commercial and community buildings.

Anticipated Launch: Autumn 2026

Anticipated Budget: Up to $75 Million

Anticipated Type of Grant Program: Statewide Competitive
