Grants & Loans​​

Community Solar LMI-PPA Program
​Maryland PSC-approved Subscriber Organizations can apply to receive incentives for supplying PPAs that maximize value to low-to-moderate income (LMI) subscribers.
​Energy Efficiency Equity Grant Program​
Grants awarded for energy efficiency projects that generate significant reductions in energy use and pass on the benefits of the savings to Maryland’s ​low-to-moderate income residents.
​​Solar Energy Equity Program

​Funds are provided for the design and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy-generating systems on the homes of Marylanders that experience low-to-moderate income, or are in overburdened or underserved communities.
Open Energy Grant Program​
​​The Maryland Energy Administration is interested in receiving proposals that fall outside the range of its other ENERGY programs.

The Maryland General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Audits operates a toll-free fraud hotline to receive allegations of fraud and/or abuse of State government resources. Information reported to the hotline in the past has helped to eliminate certain fraudulent activities and protect State resources.
