FY27 Anticipated Program Budget: MEA anticipates up to $4 million will be available from the Strategic Energy Investment Fund (“SEIF”) for rebates awarded under this Program. The total amount may be more or less, at MEA’s discretion.
MEA will update this table regularly, and post the date of the last update below the table.

Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Existing Applications
FY26 applications are no longer being accepted. The funding opportunity announcement and third-party authorization form for the FY26 RCES program is attached below for reference only. Existing RCES applicants may login to the MyMEA portal to check the status of their application and to make additional continuing document submissions, if requested by MEA.
