Through its Clean Buildings Hub (the Hub) initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) with compliance activities such as energy benchmarking and decarbonization planning

The Maryland Energy Administration is working with the Maryland Environmental Service (MES) to solicit proposals from businesses and organizations that can help shape and develop a program that provides customized, one-on-one technical assistance to building owners and managers. MES will be accepting proposals via its Bonfire portal until February 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. Please visit the portal for more information.
