Through its Clean Buildings Hub (the Hub) initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) with compliance activities such as energy benchmarking and decarbonization planning

As of August 2026, a vendor has been selected to help shape and develop a program that will provide customized, one-on-one technical assistance to building owners and managers.
