Through its Clean Buildings Hub (the Hub) initiative, the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) is launching a technical assistance program to assist building owners with properties covered by the State building energy performance standards (BEPS) understand what BEPS requires and navigate the steps to meet the 2030, 2035, and 2040 standards. As of October 2026, a vendor has been selected to help shape and develop a program that will provide customized, one-on-one technical assistance to building owners and managers. Building owners and managers may indicate their interest in receiving assistance through the program via this pre-registration form.
