MEA will not offer a standalone CHP Grant Program in FY24.
Resilient CHP systems that power critical facilities and services and meet certain technical requirements may be eligible for funding through the MEA Resilient Maryland Program.
CHP systems that power manufacturing, data center, or other critical operations and meet certain technical requirements may be eligible for funding through the MEA Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural Energy Efficiency Program.

Reporting Resources for Existing Grantees: Existing CHP Grantees can access reporting and grant disbursement resources at the links below. Grantees are encouraged to submit their Quarterly Status Reports via MEA's online Quarterly Status Reporting Portal.

Grantees are encouraged to submit their Groundbreaking Disbursement Requests and Commissioning Disbursement Requests electronically through the online submission portals in the links below. This is the fastest and easiest way to submit disbursement requests.

Alternatively, Grantees may fill out form versions, available at the links below. Currently, Grantees can only provide the Performance (FY21 and all future Grantees) disbursement request via the form below.
CHP eCatalog: The U.S. Department of Energy CHP eCatalog (see link below) provides a searchable database of packaged CHP systems that have been technically-vetted by the U.S. DOE CHP Technical Assistance Partnerships. The eCatolog also provides users with technical, financial, and informational resources for CHP design, installation, and financing.
