Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) will be the final year for the residential Geothermal Heating and Cooling Rebate Program. The final program offering for FY26 is under development and will have similar technical requirements to the FY25 program. This program will be available to Marylanders customers, on a first come-first serve basis and MEA anticipates accepting applications through early calendar year 2026.  MEA is experiencing substantial volume across all programs and will publish details as soon as possible. ​
