Giving strong support during the 2001 legislative
session, we saw the passage of legislation encouraging renewable energy
use with the Green Buildings Tax Credit bill that allows a state tax
credit for wind generation in commercial green buildings. The bill went
into effect on January 1, 2003. For further information on this tax
