It is the intention of the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) to obtain the services of a contractor to support the development and implementation of energy programs within the State of Maryland. A pre-proposal conference related to this RFP is scheduled to occur at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013.
Proposals are due by Monday, May 20th, 2013 at 2 PM EST. Please note that Monday, May 20th falls during Naval Academy Commissioning Week so there is likely to be an increased amount of traffic in the Annapolis area.
