FY16 Update: We are pleased to announce the fiscal year 2016 (FY16) EmPOWER Commercial and Industrial Grant program. As in previous years, the program is anticipated to make competitive grants available to commercial, industrial, and non-profit enterprises undertaking deep energy retrofits that significantly reduce facility electricity consumption. In FY16, the program is intended to be funded at $1.8M. Please check back here often for updates, including a funding opportunity announcement with more detail and information on how to apply.
